Lender has requested that you provide information required by the Loan Agreement as well as other information relating to the collateral securing the loan and relating to information to supplement Dr. Kaufman’s personal financial statement dated July 10, 2023. You have failed to provide the requested information. In addition, there are numerous serious and continuing defaults under the terms of the loan, including your failure to provide information and reporting required by the loan documents and your failure to repurchase loans under Section 4.5 of the Loan Agreement, let alone to report the underlying loans for which repurchase is required. Given these serious defaults, Lender will not consider any renewal or extension of your loan.
